It is very easy to place an order at www.mandacaru.eu. Just choose the product by clicking on “add to basket” at the product sheet. A detail of your basket is shown on the right-top part of your screen, and you will see how the products will appear there as soon as you click on them.

When you have all the products on the basket you should click on “checkout”. From there you should follow the next steps; to open your account, to specify the delivery address and to choose the payment system. It will take you less than five minutes to complete the whole process.

The best way for choosing the right size is to go to the "Size chart" available at each product sheet.

If you get the wrong size you are wellcome to return the product and we will deliver the right size back. Just keep in mind that you will have to pay for the delivery cost. Therefore, we encorage you to check the zize of your product before completing the order. Check "How should I return or exchange an item?" at FAQ, if you want to know about the return policies.

You have several options for paying your order:

1 .- By credit card (Visa or Mastercard): Payment is instant and your order can be send the same day. Mandacarú uses a server that complies with SSL standarts. The card number is sent through a highly secure banking system and will not be stored in any database.

2 .- By Paypal, a secure payment system on the Internet with millions of users throughout the world. To use it you must have a paypal account (you can create an account free of charge)

3 .- Cash on delivery, payment in cash made at the time of delivery of the good. This option is only available to mainland Spain with a surcharge of 2 €.

4 .- By bank transfer, the money may take one or two days to be received and that will delay the shipping. Please find below the data to make the transfer:

Shipping costs are really low!!

For Spain is a flat fee of 4,00€ regardless where you are or the number of items you buy.

The delivery time if you are on mainland Spain it is 24/48 hours, for the islands it will take 4 to 5 days.

Outside Spain depends on the type of shipment, the weight (a shirt weighs about 200g) and the place:

By Post (5 to 7 days):

EU less than 500g: 6 €
EU more than 500g: 9 €
Other countries less than 500g: 11 €
Other countries more than 500g: 15 €

You have 15 days from delivery to return a product.

You can change the item or ask for your money back if the size or the model are not adequate, or if the product simply does not suit you.

Send us back the product with the delivery order specifing the reason to solve the problem asap.

You should pay the returnning cost unless your exchange or refund is due to a Mandacarú error.

In the case of Spain, we will send the exchanged items back to you without charging you the postage. For other countries, forwarding freight should be pay by customer unless it is an error Mandacarú.

Our garments are of very high quality. Therefore, you can wear them hundreds of times and will still look like new. But, if you care a little, you will get them to last much longer. To keep your clothing like the first day, follow these instructions:

• Wash the garment in warm water with mild detergent and do not bleach.

• Iron it backwards. Never iron directly over the print.

• Dry the garment in the shade. The sun would made it to gradually lose the vividness of color.

• Do not use dryer.
